IT Analyst for Facets Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Facets Operations IT Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of best practices for Configuration Team testing
• Administer quality control standards related to Configuration Testing activities and conduct training sessions
• Maintain testing framework documentation and perform audits of test cases to ensure adherence to standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least three (3) years in a managed care environment
• At least three (3) years of testing and quality assurance experience
• Experience with FACETS or another healthcare claims system
• High competency in data analysis and query tools such as MS Access, SQL, and MS Excel
