Senior IT Systems Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior IT Systems Engineer to ensure the availability and performance of key applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor the environment, respond to and resolve incidents, and collaborate with customers on issues and improvements
• Maintain operational support, process documentation, and lead application version upgrades
• Develop and maintain balancing controls for business customers while coordinating with vendor and infrastructure teams

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of related experience in a large IT environment, or 4 years with an Associate's degree in a relevant field
• Experience with operating system hardware and/or software components across various devices and infrastructures
• Familiarity with Linux, Oracle database, and cloud environments
• Experience in maintaining and configuring the Assure DQ application
• Knowledge of NAS file systems, network shares, and Unix scripting is preferred
