Dynamics 365 Functional Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Dynamics 365 Functional Analyst - Order Processing Expert.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead configuration, customization, and support of D365 modules related to Sales Entry and Order Maintenance
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance sales order accuracy and customer satisfaction
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for D365-related issues in sales orders and customer service

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Functional Analyst with a focus on Order Processing and Sales functionalities
• Advanced knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, specifically in sales order management
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the retail or distribution industry is preferred
