Senior ServiceNow Administrator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior ServiceNow System Administrator and Developer.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure ServiceNow to meet business requirements and validate those with stakeholders
• Develop and review complex architectures and technical solutions for platform optimization
• Monitor key performance indicators and manage the upgrade of ServiceNow

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of System Administration experience in ServiceNow
• 2+ years of development experience in ServiceNow, preferably in CSM or ITSM modules
• 5+ years of experience within an IT organization in a product support or development capacity
• Experience with programming languages including HTML and JavaScript
