Senior Director of ERP

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Director, ERP to lead multi-ERP strategy and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the ERP roadmap and strategy for multiple ERP systems
• Oversee ERP governance, ensuring standards for architecture, data quality, and change management
• Lead full ERP lifecycle implementations and enhancements across various functional modules

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or Master's preferred
• 10+ years of ERP leadership experience in large-scale, multi-ERP environments
• Proven track record in running, implementing, or transforming ERP systems globally
• Deep knowledge of SAP and Oracle ERP systems, with exposure to other ERP systems
• Strong understanding of integration methods and data governance for ERP systems
