Systems Administrator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Systems Administrator I to maintain and support IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems
• Monitor system performance and perform regular maintenance tasks
• Provide escalation technical support to the helpdesk and end-users

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role or relevant internships
• Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Hyper-V, VMware, and server administration
• Experience managing Microsoft 365 environments and Microsoft Entra (Azure AD)
• Familiarity with ticketing and RMM tools (e.g., ServiceNOW, ConnectWise)
