IT Asset Management Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Asset Management Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute IT asset data cleanup within Jira, managing the entire asset lifecycle from procurement to disposal
• Track and manage software licenses and hardware procurement using experience with Value-Added Resellers (VARs)
• Identify and propose improvements to Jira-based ITAM/ITSM workflows to enhance efficiency and data accuracy

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional experience in IT Asset Management
• Extensive hands-on experience using Jira as the primary ITAM and ITSM tool
• Direct experience working with Value-Added Resellers (VARs) for licensing and procurement
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis
• Solid knowledge of asset inventory and discovery processes
