IT Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Business Analyst (General Applications) (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Support the intake, review, and prioritization of new application requests, including cybersecurity and technology assessments
• Provide application administration and end-user support for a portfolio of niche business applications
• Partner with IT Security and Governance teams to ensure compliance for new technology and vendor requests

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in IT business analysis, application administration, or similar roles
• Strong understanding of application intake, governance, and cybersecurity review processes
• Experience supporting SaaS or niche applications
• Familiarity with Infor ERP reporting is a plus
