IT Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Business Analyst (Supply Chain) to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with business users to collect, analyze, and document business requirements
• Work with the field service management team to develop and implement new processes and systems
• Conduct training sessions for end users and prepare test plans and scripts

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 5+ years of experience with enterprise-scale applications (JD Edwards preferred)
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or MIS
• Experience configuring and customizing business applications
• Hands-on experience in SQL
• Experience with B2B/EDI processes and familiarity with CRM, iPaaS, and SaaS platforms (preferred)
