IT Business Relationship Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Business Relationship Manager to bridge the gap between the IT department and business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with business unit leaders and stakeholders
• Serve as the primary contact for IT-related inquiries and facilitate communication between stakeholders and IT teams
• Conduct business process analysis and advocate for business requirements in IT project planning

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of IT experience, including 2 years in BRM or stakeholder-facing roles
• Prior experience in a law firm or legal environment is strongly preferred
• Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
• Experience working with legal-specific technologies, such as document management systems
