Key Responsibilities
- Provides and enhances customer support for IT services and project management
- Manages service requests and ensures appropriate resources are deployed to meet customer needs
- Conducts needs assessments and provides recommendations for software and hardware requirements
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree and two years of relevant experience
- Strong work ethic and initiative to work well in a team environment
- Knowledgeable in desktop, mobile devices, and network connectivity
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office O365 applications
- Variable shifts and hours may be required
