A company is looking for an IT Help Desk/Security Specialist to support the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services' Office on Women's Health.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure continuous operation of helpline communication systems and provide technical support
- Draft, update, and maintain the System Security Plan and security policies
- Monitor system vulnerabilities and lead compliance efforts with federal security regulations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Security, IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field
- 4-6+ years of experience in IT systems administration and federal IT security or compliance
- Understanding of federal security regulations, including FISMA and HIPAA
- Knowledge of telephony systems and COTS software management
- Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively
