Key Responsibilities
- Ensure successful implementation of solutions, focusing on delivery within schedule and budget
- Manage budget and investment activities, including portfolio management and financial tracking
- Transform stakeholder needs and visions into viable solutions and measurable results
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in federal budgeting and investment management
- 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow certification related to budget and investment management
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or PMI-PBA certification highly desirable
- Demonstrated expertise in IT Portfolio Management and federal budget life cycle
