IT Program Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Program Analyst to provide technical support and analysis for Utilization Management operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and analyze information technology systems and reporting needs for Utilization Management
• Lead projects related to the implementation and enhancement of Utilization Management information systems
• Document technical business requirements and ensure compliance with regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, Utilization Management, Business, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience in systems/business analysis and project management
• At least 5 years experience in IT Health Care Management
• Experience with Utilization Management information systems (e.g., Epic, HSP, McKesson)
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
