IT Security Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Security Engineer IV to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to escalated security events and lead critical security incident investigations
• Perform forensic analysis to determine the root cause and impact of security incidents
• Develop and enhance incident response playbooks and automate security workflows

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field is preferred
• 4+ years of experience in cybersecurity, focusing on incident response and digital forensics
• 2+ years of experience with programming and scripting languages such as Python and PowerShell
• Experience with public cloud services like AWS, Azure, and GCP
• Industry certifications such as GCIH, GCFA, or CISSP are advantageous
