Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Hospitality Systems team, providing guidance and operational support
• Oversee integrations with external systems and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Manage vendor relationships and drive process standardization across properties

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 5+ years managing hospitality systems, with expertise in Oracle Opera PMS
• Experience leading teams in a multi-property hospitality environment
• Strong understanding of hotel operations and financial reconciliation processes
• Proven track record of vendor management and contract negotiations
