- Manage the implementation of Contact Center projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion
- Handle multiple projects across various customers with minimal oversight
- Provide consultation to customers, ensuring full benefits of proposed solutions are delivered
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Professional Services Implementation position in the Contact Center industry
- Working knowledge of JavaScript, C++, C Sharp, HTML scripting, and contact center platforms
- Experience supporting global customers across multiple geographies
- BA/BS in a technical discipline or equivalent experience preferred
- Certified Contact Center skills are desired
