Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Systems Administrator to support technology systems and user needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line support for internal team members, including onboarding and offboarding processes
- Manage device lifecycle, including ordering, tracking, and maintaining hardware
- Document technical processes and conduct internal audits to recommend improvements
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- Mac expertise, including remote support and application troubleshooting
- Experience with cloud-based collaboration tools like Zoom and Slack
- Familiarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 environments is preferred
- Previous experience using Salesforce or a similar ticketing system is strongly preferred
