A company is looking for an IT Technician (CGA Specialist).
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve device issues for remote staff, teachers, and customers
- Diagnose and resolve complex educational workflow issues, documenting all steps
- Provide reliable support to staff and students across multiple time zones
Required Qualifications and Education
- 1-3 years in IT support or systems administration, preferably in remote environments
- Strong Microsoft 365 administration skills
- Experience with Google Workspace, Zoom, and SSO/Identity platforms
- Basic SQL knowledge is a plus
- CompTIA A+ certification and a relevant bachelor's degree or diploma preferred
