Job Summary
A company is looking for an ITSM Analyst responsible for managing ITIL processes and ensuring compliance with best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations and governance of assigned ITIL processes
- Conduct training and maintain process documentation and metrics reporting
- Serve as the main point of contact for process-related inquiries and audits
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience
- ITIL Foundation certification (V3 or V4) required upon hire
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT Service Management role
- Minimum 2 years of experience with enterprise-class ITSM tools, preferably ServiceNow
- Preferred experience working in the healthcare industry
