Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage ITSM processes within the ServiceNow platform
- Ensure alignment of ITSM processes with business objectives and best practices
- Collaborate with stakeholders to continuously improve IT service management practices
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in ITSM process ownership, preferably with ServiceNow
- Strong understanding of ITIL framework and best practices
- Experience in process design and implementation
- Relevant certifications in ITSM or ServiceNow are preferred
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
