Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications
• Support chatbot development and maintenance to enhance customer service
• Participate in the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) including design, coding, testing, and deployment

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional Java development experience
• Experience in developing software applications for large user groups
• Proven ability to analyze user needs and create scalable software solutions
• Ability to obtain and maintain a USCIS Public Trust clearance
• Experience with incident triage and root cause analysis
