Job Summary

A company is looking for an Education Analyst, Talent Recruitment & Retention Solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise on strategic opportunities and provide guidance to customer groups on talent solutions
  • Support business development initiatives and engage with customers in key meetings
  • Participate in product councils to propose solutions that address sales needs
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Education, Business, Finance, or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in K-12 Education as an administrator or district leader in human resources or talent management
  • Experience conducting performance evaluations at the central office level
  • Enthusiasm for K-12 education and ongoing professional learning
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative and sometimes ambiguous environment
