Key Responsibilities
- Advise on strategic opportunities and provide guidance to customer groups on talent solutions
- Support business development initiatives and engage with customers in key meetings
- Participate in product councils to propose solutions that address sales needs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Education, Business, Finance, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in K-12 Education as an administrator or district leader in human resources or talent management
- Experience conducting performance evaluations at the central office level
- Enthusiasm for K-12 education and ongoing professional learning
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative and sometimes ambiguous environment
