Job Summary

A company is looking for a Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and progress personal injury cases from litigation intake to settlement or trial
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, and correspondence
• Organize and maintain comprehensive case files and discovery documents

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of personal injury litigation experience
• Associate's degree or a paralegal certificate
• Proficiency with legal software, including Filevine, WestLaw, Teams, and Outlook is strongly preferred
• A work ethic and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
