Lab Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lab Technician in Chanhassen, MN.

Key Responsibilities

• Help formulate and test thermal interface materials for electronic devices
• Conduct R&D laboratory work safely and support various projects assigned by Engineers or Supervisors
• Collect and organize data, and train other Technicians on equipment operation and test procedures

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma, Associate's, Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree is overqualified
• Ability to perform routine tests and operate application equipment safely and efficiently
• Experience in using proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adhering to safety practices
• Willingness to be trained in formulating and testing materials
• Capability to communicate basic observations regarding data and experimental outcomes
