Job Summary

A company is looking for a Last Mile Fiber Engineer to join a strategic team focused on telecommunications and data connectivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a technical and strategic advisor for interconnection strategies and access network rollouts
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with network carriers and vendors for infrastructure projects
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize access and routing decisions and present strategies to stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in the telecom or fiber optics industry
• Strong understanding of terrestrial fiber networks and interconnection models
• Experience managing infrastructure partnerships and executing negotiations
• Solid knowledge of GIS-based planning and infrastructure modeling
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience
