Job Summary

A company is looking for an Organizational Services Clinical Care Navigator - After Hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical consultation and guidance to HR and leadership teams on employee behavioral health concerns
• Coordinate responses to critical incidents and conduct follow-up care outreach
• Deliver high-touch clinical support to executives and VIP employees, ensuring timely handling of complex concerns

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in clinical social work or equivalent; LCSW or equivalent independent clinical licensure required
• Two years post-license experience, preferably in EAP or organizational consulting
• Experience managing high-risk clinical situations and coordinating CISD
• Bilingual, Spanish-speaking candidates preferred
• Must be a full-time resident of the United States
