Key Responsibilities
- Support the rollout of marketing competencies and related learning tools
- Partner on the design, development, and execution of a Marketing Excellence Workshop
- Assist with content strategy and development, including creation, editing, and proofing of training materials
Qualifications
- 5+ years of marketing experience in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects successfully
- Strong collaboration skills with experience in a global, matrixed environment
- Background in learning and development (e.g., training program design, e-learning, curriculum creation) encouraged
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
