Lead AI Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead AI Software Engineer to guide the design and delivery of intelligent solutions in healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and implement AI-enabled backend services in a cloud-native microservices environment
• Design and scale Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) pipelines for data extraction and validation
• Integrate LLMs and intelligent agents into clinical workflows to enhance patient and provider interactions

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 4+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership role
• Strong coding ability in Python, TypeScript, and Node.js
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, NLP, or IDP in production environments
• Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards and data governance
