Key Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical guidance for troubleshooting and support
• Own and resolve escalated cases in collaboration with the engineering team
• Deliver feedback to engineering for product development and collaborate on issue resolution

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technical support, engineering, or related roles
• Expertise in troubleshooting robotic or autonomous systems
• Strong knowledge of Embedded Linux environments
• Familiarity with electrical and mechanical hardware
• General understanding of networking and cloud infrastructure
