Lead Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and analyze data discrepancies related to policy records and execute data corrections
• Deliver superior customer experience through incident management and root cause analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and document data fixes

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology with 7+ years of experience in Banking, Insurance, or related field
• Experience with Property & Casualty (Billing) solutions
• Proven experience in data management and analysis, preferably in Property & Casualty Insurance
• Advanced knowledge of data analysis techniques and tools, focusing on Oracle, SQL, or similar
• Experience with software versioning and revision control systems is preferred
