A company is looking for a Lead Business Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and analyze data discrepancies related to policy records and execute data corrections
- Deliver superior customer experience through incident management and root cause analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and document data fixes
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology with 7+ years of experience in Banking, Insurance, or related field
- Experience with Property & Casualty (Billing) solutions
- Proven experience in data management and analysis, preferably in Property & Casualty Insurance
- Advanced knowledge of data analysis techniques and tools, focusing on Oracle, SQL, or similar
- Experience with software versioning and revision control systems is preferred
