A company is looking for a Lead Generation Marketing Strategist to support the growth of plastic surgery practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and define customer personas to improve targeting, messaging, and campaign segmentation
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using KPIs such as CPL, ROAS, and conversion rate
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and lead nurturing
Requirements:
- Proven track record in generating leads in the healthcare, plastic surgery, or aesthetic medicine sectors (Min 4 years recent experience)
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing, including paid search, paid social, SEO, landing page optimization, and analytics (Min 4 years recent experience)
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Active-campaign) (Min 4 years recent experience)
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a results-oriented environment
