Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Product Manager, Exchange Growth (Fraud).

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the fraud prevention strategy, addressing existing and emerging risk vectors
• Partner with Engineering and Data Science to implement scalable fraud detection systems and machine learning models
• Collaborate with Fraud Operations to optimize case management, tooling, and workflows

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience focused on fraud, risk, or financial crime
• Deep knowledge of fraud behaviors and prevention strategies in fintech or crypto
• Strong data and analytical skills with experience in ML-driven fraud detection
• Proven ability to balance customer experience with risk mitigation
• Highly organized with a track record of driving complex initiatives in fast-paced environments
