Key Responsibilities
- Gather and validate business and technology requirements to define project scope and impact
- Create systems and business process models to guide development teams in building solutions
- Manage user acceptance testing and track requirement statuses throughout the project lifecycle
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science)
- 5 - 7 years of related experience or equivalent knowledge and skills
- Experience with data processing and knowledge of healthcare payer business functions is preferred
- Familiarity with Agile Software Development and Software Development Life Cycle
- Demonstrated project management skills and the ability to work independently
