Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Site Reliability Engineer - Citrix.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects focused on building and maintaining observability and monitoring for applications
• Troubleshoot service disruptions and drive implementation of solutions to improve reliability
• Coach and mentor the engineering team, and lead post-incident reviews to document findings

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field or equivalent experience
• 5 - 7 years of related experience in site reliability engineering or similar roles
• Experience with observability/monitoring tools and CI/CD tools
• Familiarity with public cloud platforms like AWS and Azure
• Knowledge of programming tools and database management systems
