Key Responsibilities

• Oversee team performance, including feature delivery, quality, and professional growth
• Collaborate with various teams to define security policies and improve compliance
• Design and implement security enhancements for applications and infrastructure

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in security and software engineering, particularly with AWS
• In-depth knowledge of SOC 2 and HIPAA frameworks
• Hands-on experience with security tools such as Wiz, Snyk, and GuardDuty
• Proficiency in Terraform and infrastructure-as-code practices
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
