Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Software Developer to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities of a team of software developers and quality assurance engineers
• Partner with product managers to define milestones and deliver software solutions
• Perform full-stack development and contribute to software architecture decisions

Required Qualifications

• 10 or more years of experience in software development in an Agile environment
• 7 or more years of experience developing responsive web applications
• 3 or more years of experience as an agile development team lead
• BS and/or MS in a technical discipline, preferably Computer Science or Software Engineering
• Strong understanding of OOP concepts and design patterns
