Lead Software Engineer

Job Summary

• Encourage experimentation and collaborate with product managers and designers to deliver high-quality solutions

Required Qualifications

• Experience in a Lead Engineer or Technical Lead role delivering software solutions at scale
• Proficiency in C#, NodeJS, or React with practical application development experience
• Experience in auditing codebases for security and testability
• Hands-on experience in designing and building modern engineering stacks, preferably in AWS
• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of coaching and mentoring engineers
