Lead Tech Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Tech Product Manager for New Mexico or Missouri.

Key Responsibilities

• Align technology strategy with market and enterprise needs, developing a market-specific technology roadmap
• Provide thought leadership in technology and healthcare innovations to enhance health plan efficiency and customer experience
• Develop trusted partner relationships internally and externally, advocating for technology needs with stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in technology, product management, or operations
• 5+ years of cross-functional initiative management in an enterprise environment
• 3+ years of experience leading teams or as an individual contributor in a matrixed organization
• Medicare/Medicaid or healthcare industry experience
• Must reside in New Mexico or Missouri
