Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead SaaS Techno-Functional Analyst (SCM).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and expertise in the development of new products, services, and processes
• Act as a proactive technical support and business solution implementation manager to ensure customer satisfaction
• Create and contribute to automated technology for diagnosing and resolving customer issues

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience with SCM solutions and 3+ years in Oracle Cloud SCM implementations/support
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Professional/technical experience with an understanding of applications at both functional and technical levels
• Experience in complex, open systems implementation environments
• No visa/work permit sponsorship available for this position
