Senior Implementation Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Implementation Manager who will lead complex implementation projects to deliver product value to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Run product implementations, including project planning, kickoff, installation, validation, training, and go-live
• Educate customers on technical implementation processes, product architecture, and best practices for healthcare data integration
• Manage project status, escalate risks and issues, and coordinate activities among customers, internal teams, and third parties

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in leading account implementation processes in healthcare technology
• Extensive knowledge of population health and value-based care
• Experience with data aggregation and analysis, particularly with EHR and claims data
• Hands-on experience with project management principles, tools, and methods
