Senior Technical Consultant, Integrations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Consultant (Integrations/AI) in the Platform Products Expert Implementation Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and third-party software platforms
• Develop integration strategies and architecture plans while ensuring best practices are followed
• Act as a subject matter expert to resolve complex user issues related to integrations and AI solutions

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in configuration/development for complex integration technologies
• Maintain at least 2 ServiceNow mainline CIS certifications and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification
• Extensive experience with integration technologies and SaaS technologies
• Understanding of AI models, deep learning models, and generative AI
• Strong Javascript skills with practical experience
