Lead UX Designer

Job Summary

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in UX/UI design with expertise in design systems and mobile-first design
• Bachelor's degree in a UX-related field or equivalent experience
• Proven experience leading large design initiatives and mentoring designers
• Strong knowledge of user research methods, including A/B testing and usability testing
• Advanced proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe XD
