Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align research solutions with product strategy and identify exploratory research opportunities
• Develop and advocate for an evidence-based research strategy while efficiently iterating research within two-week sprint cycles
• Understand customer use cases and market segments to ensure user needs are addressed

Required Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role or significant knowledge and abilities to perform the responsibilities listed
• Relevant education and/or training is considered a plus
• Ability to apply appropriate research methods to achieve goals
• Experience in modeling user-centered research processes
• Knowledge of market segments and competitors
