Senior User Experience Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior User Experience Designer - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, intuitive designs for a next-generation travel platform
• Present and defend design solutions to stakeholders based on research and data
• Own the governance of the design system and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Industrial Design, or similar field; or 11 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• 7+ years of experience designing complex digital workflows and applications
• Strong proficiency with Figma; experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into designs
• Proven experience shipping real-world products that address user needs
