Job Summary

A company is looking for a Leadership Assessment Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive executive assessments using structured interviews and validated psychometric tools
• Produce customized assessment reports and deliver debriefing sessions to executive candidates and managers
• Provide personalized executive coaching and support talent management practices through actionable insights

Qualifications and Experience:

• Advanced degree (PhD preferred) in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or related fields
• 7+ years of experience conducting executive-level assessments in leadership advisory or executive search firms
• Proven experience with psychometric assessments and structured interviewing at the executive level
• Strong executive presence and ability to engage with senior executives
• Experience leveraging AI-driven assessment tools effectively
