Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive executive assessments using structured interviews and validated psychometric tools
- Produce customized assessment reports and deliver debriefing sessions to executive candidates and managers
- Provide personalized executive coaching and support talent management practices through actionable insights
Qualifications and Experience:
- Advanced degree (PhD preferred) in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or related fields
- 7+ years of experience conducting executive-level assessments in leadership advisory or executive search firms
- Proven experience with psychometric assessments and structured interviewing at the executive level
- Strong executive presence and ability to engage with senior executives
- Experience leveraging AI-driven assessment tools effectively
