A company is looking for a Technical Engagement Analyst (External).
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a technical point of escalation for cross-functional teams
- Support existing client changes involving location and pay code additions
- Perform operational reviews to recommend and implement improvements to client data exchanges
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience in implementations, technical account management, or client-facing technical support role
- Knowledge of Dell Boomi or willingness to learn
- Experience troubleshooting sFTP, API, and data concerns
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a product knowledge-heavy environment
- Capacity to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously
