A company is looking for a Lean Process Consultant Lead - Legal Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate, design, lead, and implement improvements in legal department processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless adoption of new processes and technologies
- Focus on designing modern processes with new systems and technology in mind
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher with a minimum of seven years in business process development, or a High School Diploma/GED with at least 10 years of relevant experience
- Proven experience in implementing process improvements within the legal space
- Experience with legal technological solutions and collaboration with legal stakeholders
- Familiarity with Human Centered Design and Design Thinking methodologies
- Experience in complex business environments with a focus on problem framing
