Lean Process Consultant Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lean Process Consultant Lead - Legal Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate, design, lead, and implement improvements in legal department processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless adoption of new processes and technologies
• Focus on designing modern processes with new systems and technology in mind

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with a minimum of seven years in business process development, or a High School Diploma/GED with at least 10 years of relevant experience
• Proven experience in implementing process improvements within the legal space
• Experience with legal technological solutions and collaboration with legal stakeholders
• Familiarity with Human Centered Design and Design Thinking methodologies
• Experience in complex business environments with a focus on problem framing
