Key Responsibilities

• Conduct needs assessments to identify learning objectives and performance gaps
• Create engaging e-learning modules and training materials for various learning styles
• Evaluate training program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments for improvement

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of seven years of experience in e-learning development and instructional design
• Proficiency in instructional design principles and adult learning theories
• Experience with Articulate 360 suite and multimedia design tools
• Background in Business, Human Resources, Education, or related fields
• Certifications from relevant professional organizations preferred
