Learning & Development Strategist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an L&D Innovation Strategist.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and management of a sustainable pipeline for exploring and scaling AI-enabled learning solutions
• Build and implement ongoing research processes to identify learning trends and convert insights into pilot programs
• Manage the L&D technology ecosystem, assessing tools and overseeing vendor relationships for scalable infrastructure

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
• At least 8 years of experience in learning innovation, L&D strategy, or instructional design
• Proven track record of launching and scaling AI- or tech-enabled learning solutions
• Strong understanding of learning technologies, including LMS/LXP platforms and analytics systems
• Demonstrated experience in building and executing innovation pipelines or structured experimentation cycles
